I was really shocked hear the sad news of Shihan Nardi T Nirwanto who had been keeping in touch with me since
1982. We all had been training Kyokushin together, Shihan Nirwanto was dear friend of late D A Weilgama (sri Lanka ) Shihan Nirwanto dedicated his life to Kyokushin. He always told me that he would never give up Kyokushin. He was in a class by himself as a Karate master and he always called me little brother from Sri Lanka. But I have no words to express my my sorrow, irreparable loss to Kyokushin. He was really desparate over what happened to Kyokushin in Asia. he was worried that Kyokushin broke into many groups. We too faced the same in Sri Lank due to unavoidable circumstances, Sensei Weilgama who was the first Kyokushin branch chief of Asia, had to change the style due to bad people s acitivities.
To be perfect honest, tears welled up in my eyes as Shihan Nirwanto is looking at me, on the wall in my room,
same black and photo sent to me in 1982.
MAY HE REST IN PEACE AND BE BORN AGAIN IN THIS WORLD AS A GREAT KARET KA.
